Falls Development

Partnering with Baker’s Construction & Excavation Co., Interstate Commercial Real Estate Co. and the City of Bristol, W-L Construction and Paving, Inc. created more than 120 acres of developable commercial land with over 1 million S.F of proposed retail space by moving over 2 million cubic yards of rock.  Originally anchored by Cabela’s and now Lowes Home Improvement, the Falls Development contains several restaurants and shops with several parcels remaining to develop. Additionally, W-L performed over $20 million in road construction/improvement along Route 11 and in the Falls to provide access for the millions of expected annual visitors.
